I recognize that therapy is a very personal journey and not all therapist are the perfect fit for each client. Therefore, I do offer a free 20 minute consult either via phone or in my office to determine if I will be a good fit for you and answer any questions you may have about seeking therapy.

Initial/ Assessment $ 200.00
30 Minute Session $ 100.00
45 Minute Session $ 145.00
50 – 60 Minute Session $ 160.00
Family/ Couple Session $175.00
Cash discount available if paid on the date of service. If you do not have insurance or need to make payment arrangements, please discuss this when calling to schedule or at your initial appointment

It is the client’s responsibility to: verify coverage, co-payment and deductible amounts. Out of Pocket Payment is due in full at the date of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. When calling your insurance carrier, you will need to ask
• Do I have coverage for Mental Health Services?
***If considering telehealth, you need to ask if telehealth is a covered benefit
• What is my co-payment/deductible amount
• Do I require a referral from my Primary Care Physician
Cancelation policy:
It is reasonable to expect that due to illness and unforeseen circumstances clients will not be able to keep all appointments. If you need to cancel call or text 24 hours prior to notify me. If a client does not show without giving notice (with the exception of UPHP and Medicaid clients) their insurance will be billed, or cash clients will be billed a cancellation/no show fee. Three last minute/no notice cancellations will result in discharge.
